Thee Genesis Ov Genesis
Concepts of deconstruction, non-linearity, ritual, discomfort, and playing by your own rules, are at the foundation of Genesis’ life, art, and attitude. The concept of this "book" follows in he/r footsteps. The exterior of the "book" needing to be destroyed to get to the inside, playing with the idea of a collector's item and demolishing its value instantly. And by dividing the story into 7 separate parts, aiming to create a non-linear way of telling he/r story. There is no actual hiërarchy, no beginning and no end.
This project is filled with the intentional breaking of rules and the creation of organized chaos.
This "book" is a deconstruction of what a book can be, a reimagination of how we tell a story, and a reminder to express yourself unapologetically.
